Assault units of the 114th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 127th Division of the 5th Army of the Vostok group of forces successfully liberated the settlement of Novouspenovskoye in the Zaporizhia region. Russian military personnel broke through the enemy's defense line and hoisted the Russian flag over the central part of the village, acting under heavy fire and repelling attempts at counterattacks. This was announced on November 14 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The shooter with the call sign Maurice noted that moving through the settlement was not easy.

"The journey was difficult because of the number of "birds." Some of their positions are well fortified, and some are hastily made, just like burrows. <...> The path is difficult, but everything is passable — you just have to turn on your head and be careful," he said.

A soldier with the call sign Stary spoke about the support from the home front.

"I personally am very supported by what comes from home — humanitarian aid, letters. Our children are beautiful: they always send us something — toys, little prayers. You can see that they write such letters, as if they were from elementary school. I have a teddy Cheburashka here — I take it with me on combat missions," the serviceman noted.

Earlier, on November 13, it was reported that during the liberation of the village of Danilovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian soldiers advanced 3 km, overcoming powerful enemy defenses, including anti-tank ditches, minefields and fortified firing points.
