A 16-year-old teenager set fire to a cinema in the Aviapark shopping center in northern Moscow on the instructions of anonymous curators. This was announced on November 13 by the Moscow prosecutor's office.
"A 16-year—old teenager, following the telephone instructions of unknown persons, brought a canister of flammable liquid into the cinema and set it on fire," the prosecutor's office said in a Telegram channel.
According to eyewitnesses, the curators transferred 2.5 thousand rubles to the guy, with which he bought gasoline. No one was injured in the incident.
"The guy is 16 years old, and he ruined his life. It's terrorism, it turns out," an eyewitness told Izvestia.
Earlier, on November 13, a source from Izvestia reported that a teenager carried a canister of gasoline into the cinema hall and started a fire. The footage shows how the seats were on fire, and the visitors did not immediately understand what was happening. The minor's identity has been established, the police are working with him, and there are no injuries.
