A teenager carried a canister of gasoline and started a fire in the Aviapark shopping center. This was announced on November 13 by a source of Izvestia.

"We are sitting in the hall, watching a movie. The projector turns off abruptly. One went to find out. He comes back and says that there was a fire in the next room and the film will be stopped," said an eyewitness of the incident.
