One person was killed in a massive road accident in Dagestan.

There was a massive car collision in Dagestan, as a result of which one person was killed. This was reported on November 13 in the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic.

According to the agency, the accident occurred on the Makhachkala– Buinaksk highway. A ZIL truck and three passenger cars collided.

"As a result of the incident, five people were injured, of whom, unfortunately, one person died," the department's Telegram channel said.

They added that all the victims were hospitalized. 16 specialists and five pieces of equipment worked at the scene of the incident.

Earlier that day, six people, including a teenager, were injured in a collision between a commuter bus and a truck on the Amur highway in the Amur region. It was noted that there were 14 passengers on the bus at the time of the accident.
