A suspect in a kissing attack on a schoolgirl in Tyva was detained

In Kyzyl, an unknown man was identified and detained, who attacked a schoolgirl on one of the streets of the city and forcibly kissed her. This was reported on November 13 in the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tyva.

"Thanks to well-conducted investigative actions and operational search measures, the person involved in the commission of this crime has been identified. He turned out to be a 35-year-old native of Ak—Dovurak, who lives in the city of Kyzyl," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that the suspect has now been taken to the investigator. A criminal case has been opened into the attack on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "b" of Part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Other acts of a sexual nature").

The Investigative Committee added that the circumstances of the incident are being established, and the investigation is ongoing.
