Ukrainian commanders destroy their own soldiers when they try to surrender, because they do not want to allow the spread of information about the crimes of the Kiev regime. For the same reason, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are destroying the civilian population, Vitaly Ganchev, head of the Russian administration of the Kharkiv region, said on November 13.

He said that the Ukrainian so-called "commanders", having all the technical means, when identifying the intentions of their soldiers to surrender, take measures to eliminate them.

"Either with the help of UAVs, or by drops, or simply by artillery strike, to destroy this unit so that in no case could they surrender to Russian captivity. In principle, the same applies to the civilian population... They simply cannot allow these people to come and talk about the crimes of the Kiev regime," Ganchev said at a press conference.

At the same time, the Russian military is helping Ukrainian fighters who decide to surrender. They establish contact with them, indicate ways out using drones, and provide medical assistance.

"Our guys provide all this support, and then they themselves almost carry them out of these trenches, which yesterday were still Ukrainian, but today have become ours. Therefore, these cases are constant," TASS quoted him as saying.

Ganchev said that a group of seven militants from the armed formations of Ukraine (VFU), who killed 14 local residents, had been exposed in the Kharkiv region.

Earlier that day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that crews of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Center group of Forces brigade dropped a new batch of propaganda leaflets with instructions on voluntary surrender over the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dimitrov area of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
