Self-service services without presenting a passport will appear in the MFC
Self-service counters will be installed in the MFC, allowing you to receive services without a passport and contacting an employee. The first such complexes will be launched in the Lipetsk Region in the coming months, Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, told reporters on November 13.
"In Russian MFCs, it will be possible to receive services without contacting a specialist and presenting a passport thanks to special self—service counters equipped with a digital assistant and integrated with the state Unified biometric system," RIA Novosti reports.
The system will allow you to confirm the identity of the applicant using biometrics, and the built-in AI assistant will help you arrange the necessary service. The finished documents will be available for download using a QR code, and they can also be obtained in paper form.
Earlier, on September 15, it became known that users of the MAX messenger will be able to present any document with a single movement of their smartphone. It was clarified that a similar opportunity will appear for everyone who has installed the MAX messenger with a digital ID section integrated with Gosuslugi.
