The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the lack of ammunition on the crashed C-130
There was no ammunition on board the Turkish C-130 military aircraft that crashed in Georgia — there were only personnel, maintenance equipment and spare parts for aircraft inside. This was announced on November 13 by the Turkish Ministry of Defense.
As the Turkish newspaper GZT notes, the ministry clarified that the military does not yet have accurate data on the cause of the crash.
