Ukraine may lose its financing by February if the European Union (EU) fails to agree on the allocation of "reparation loans" to Kiev through the withdrawal of frozen Russian assets with Belgium. This was reported on November 13 by the newspaper Politico.

"Ukraine will face a financing crisis when 2025 turns to 2026, and its funds may run out by February if Belgium does not lift the block on the allocation of a reparation loan," the publication says.
