The State Duma adopted a bill on the rating of driving schools

On November 13, at the plenary session, the State Duma adopted in the second and third readings a government bill on assessing the quality of driving schools. The document is published in the database of the lower house of Parliament.

Amendments are being made to the law "On Road Safety". According to the document, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will develop a "list of indicators, criteria and frequency of performance assessment" for driving schools.

As Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said earlier, data on driving schools is planned to be posted on a special resource that will be publicly available and regularly updated. Russians will be able to learn more about driving schools and leave feedback on their training. When forming the rating, the results of the students' exams will be taken into account, as well as the emergency situations in which they find themselves.
