A dialogue between Russia and Europe will be established sooner or later. This was announced on November 13 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"I don't think it's possible, judging by one statement, to see such trends, it's just impossible, but on the whole, we can agree with Mr. Stubb... Sooner or later it will have to be done," Peskov replied, commenting on the statement by Finnish President Alexander Stubb that a dialogue between Russia and Europe will be established sooner or later.
