All 20 Turkish servicemen were killed in the crash of the C-130 aircraft on the border of Georgia and Azerbaijan. This was announced on November 12 by the Turkish Ministry of Defense.
"As a result of the crash of a C-130 military transport aircraft on the border of Georgia and Azerbaijan on November 11, 20 of our servicemen on board were killed. At 06:30 (05:30 Moscow time. Search and rescue operations have begun in coordination with the Georgian authorities," the agency wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

The crash of the C-130 military transport aircraft was reported on November 11. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed on November 12 that the black box of the crashed Lockheed C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft had been found at the crash site and its records were being studied by specialists.
