Two Moscow enterprises have received the status of an industrial complex
Two more Moscow enterprises have received the status of an industrial complex, which, in particular, provides for tax benefits. This was announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
According to him, both companies trace their history back to the second half of the 1940s. The first of them is the Automatika concern, which "develops systems and complexes to ensure information security," the mayor said in the MACH messenger. "In particular, they are creating automated control systems and IT solutions for various sectors of the economy," Sobyanin said, pointing out that since 2014 the concern has been part of Rostec.
The second company is the Central Research Institute of Automation and Hydraulics (TSNIIAG), one of the leading research institutes in the Russian military-industrial complex of the country. Among his developments are steering drives for launch vehicles and spacecraft. TSNIIAG is a part of the Rostec subsidiary.
As the mayor reminded, the real estate tax for these companies is now 50% of the calculated amount, the land tax is 20% of the calculated amount, and the land lease rate is 0.3% of the cadastral value of the plot.
According to Sobyanin, now more than fifty enterprises in the capital, employing about 70 thousand people, have the status of an industrial complex.
As Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry, reported in October, from January to September 2025, the volume of production at industrial enterprises in the capital increased by 4.2% compared to the same period last year. With the support of the city, "enterprises are increasing their production capacities, expanding their product range and launching new investment projects," he noted.
Moscow manufacturers and investors have access to more than 20 support measures from the city authorities. These include localization of production in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, as well as preferential loans from the Moscow Fund for Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship.
