Domclick Digital Forum will bring together real estate market leaders

Domclick Digital Forum will be held in Moscow on November 26-27. More than 50 Russian and foreign experts will take part in the event dedicated to the real estate market, the organizers said.

The forum will discuss issues related to digitalization in various market segments: mortgages, new buildings, ready-made housing and suburban real estate.

Among the speakers are Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina, and Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov. Representatives of major developers, banks, including Sberbank, and real estate experts will also take part in the business program.

The Domclick Digital Forum will summarize the results of the year, as well as consider current market trends and the state of the industry. The participants will talk about design and construction, the formation of a sustainable and affordable housing market, and architecture. Industry leaders will also discuss AI and its impact on the housing market, analyze the best global practices, and talk about suburban real estate, marketing, and digital sales tools.

"The performances of the speakers at the Domclick Digital Forum will be intertwined with elements of a fascinating ice show, which will be attended by figure skaters from Tatiana Navka's team. Figure skating, where balance, coherence and speed are important, will serve as a vivid symbol of how technology and professionalism work together," the organizers said.

The event was hosted by actor Maxim Lagashkin and TV presenter Ivan Chuikov, as well as Olympic figure skating champion Alexei Yagudin.

The Domclick Digital Awards ceremony will take place on the second day of the forum.
