Shoigu pointed to Rutte's operational comments after Putin's speeches
Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu drew attention to the discrepancy between the words of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and his actions. In an interview with RIA Novosti on November 13, Shoigu recalled Rutte's statement that he allegedly did not pay any attention to the speeches of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The head of the Russian Security Council noted that in this case it is unclear why Rutte is in such a hurry to give his new comment after each speech of the Russian leader.
"There is not a drop of consistency in the words of Western pseudo-politicians. A reasonable question arises, if Comrade Rutte does not pay attention to the speeches of the Russian president, then why is he so quick to comment on them?" — said the Secretary of the Russian Security Council.
Shoigu stressed that the current generation of politicians in Europe has completely lost both their diplomatic skills and their sense of tact.
Earlier, on November 6, Rutte said, commenting on a meeting of the Russian Security Council, on the agenda of which was the issue of the expediency of conducting nuclear tests, that he had long stopped responding to meetings organized by Putin. The NATO Secretary General also pointed out that Russia allegedly violates "global rules." In response, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, asked to publish a complete list of global rules.
Senator Alexei Pushkov noted on November 9 that Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) Rutte has long given a damn about his constituents and the fate of Europeans. He is concerned about the "nuclear rhetoric" of the Russian Federation and continues to perceive the crisis in relations with Moscow with inappropriate humor.
