On Earth, after the release of plasma from the most powerful solar flare in 2025, one of the strongest auroras of the current decade is observed. This was announced on November 13 by the Laboratory of Solar Astronomy at the Institute of Space Research (IKI) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

"The third plasma burst has arrived. There are some of the strongest auroras of the decade. There is a chance to see it starting from latitudes of 45 degrees," the scientists said in a Telegram channel message.

The Russian Academy of Sciences clarified that currently the polar oval has already begun to leave for Europe and Canada, but those who still want to see it have a chance to "catch the tail before sunrise." The magnetic storm on Earth is still ongoing. Its index is G3.3, which is classified as strong.
