Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said a warm goodbye after the gala concert of the masters of art of Kazakhstan, which was held at the Bolshoi Theater. This was announced on November 12 by the press service of the Kazakh leader.

The concert was timed to coincide with the closing of the Days of Culture of Kazakhstan in Russia.
Earlier, on November 11, the President of Kazakhstan arrived in Moscow on an official visit. Following the talks, the leaders signed a declaration on the transition of bilateral relations to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance. Putin stressed that Russia values friendship and trust with Kazakhstan, and considers it an ally and a "good neighbor."
