PSB will finance the construction of apartments in Grozny

PSB will finance the construction of a premium Megapolis Family hotel-type apartment complex in Grozny, the bank's press service said. This is the first project for the region in which buyers will be able to purchase apartments with a mortgage.

"We see great potential for Grozny as a growing business and cultural center, and we believe that the bank's participation in the construction of this complex is a contribution to the socio-economic development of the region," said Sergey Dobrin, Senior Vice President of PSB.

The construction is being carried out with the support of the Government of the Chechen Republic as part of a regional investment project. It will be possible to purchase apartments with a mortgage. Previously, the purchase of real estate in the region was carried out mainly for cash or in installments.

The Megapolis complex is scheduled to be put into operation in the 1st quarter of 2027. The developer is LLC SZ "Resorts of Sochi".
