"We regret to inform you about the sudden death of one of the brightest graduates of the last decade, Yulia Rybakova. Unfortunately, the disease did not spare her at such a blossoming age," the institution said in a message on the Vkontakte social network.

The text says that Rybakova graduated from college with honors with a degree in Solo and Choral Folk Singing. She was the winner of the city's "Russian Beauty" competition, and a laureate of numerous folk song contests.

After graduation, she continued to work in the Republic of Chuvashia, was a member of the Youth Council under the Ministry of Culture of Chuvashia, was also an ambassador of the Tavrida art cluster, and was involved in projects for children with disabilities.
