Law enforcement agencies are asking to detain the founder of Volgadorstroy, Airat Minnullin. This was reported to Izvestia on November 12 in the press service of the Vakhitovsky Court of Kazan.

Earlier, on November 11, Minnullin was detained in Kazan. It is specified that the person involved organized a scheme for the appropriation of 5 billion rubles, which were intended for the construction of the M12 highway in Kazan.
