Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh leader Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had three hours of face-to-face communication during a meeting on November 11. This was announced on November 12 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"They (Putin and Tokayev - Ed.) sat alone for almost three hours yesterday," Peskov said.

When asked if the presidents' conversations would touch on the tests of the Russian Burevestnik missile and the Poseidon underwater vehicle, the Kremlin representative noted that if the Kazakh leader was interested, Putin was ready to inform him.

Tokayev arrived in Moscow on an official visit on November 11. During the meeting in the Kremlin, Putin thanked Tokayev for his visit to Moscow. He also said that they would have the opportunity to discuss issues of particular interest to both sides in an informal setting.

On November 11, Peskov noted that Russia and Kazakhstan are developing multifaceted cooperation covering almost all possible areas. He also stressed that the partnership between Russia and Kazakhstan is mutually beneficial.
