In February 2025, serial production of the Haval M6 crossover started at the Kaluga Automobile Plant. At the end of July, production of the model began on a full cycle with welding and painting.
Previously, the PSMA Rus plant was engaged in the production of Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Citroen and Opel cars. Earlier this year, Kaluga Region Governor Vladislav Shapsha announced that the company plans to produce 25,000 vehicles this year.
Yesterday it was reported that the luxury car brand Aurus will receive a second branch of development in the form of production of premium cars at the former Toyota site in St. Petersburg. It is planned to be restarted in early to mid-2026.
