VK Video has updated the author's account

The platform has introduced an updated author's office, a convenient tool for working with content and analyzing the audience. Channel management has become even easier, and analytics has become deeper and clearer.

In the completely updated Review section, VK Video authors now have access to widgets with brief statistics on the channel, the most popular and the latest published video. It has become more convenient to manage content and monitor statistics.

The Channel Analytics and Video Analytics sections have received a new interface, widgets, and metrics. Among them are "total viewing time", "traffic sources", advanced audience data, detailed statistics on search queries and video subscriptions. The changes will simplify the analysis of content effectiveness and help you evaluate results more accurately. Full statistics have become available to the authors — the data can be viewed from the launch of the VK Video application (September 2022).

The update also affected the "My Videos" section: in addition to the improved UX, there are functions for mass highlighting, editing, publishing videos and adding to playlists, and other functions implemented at the request of the authors.
