A minor knocked down two women in a buggy in Tuchkovo, Moscow region
In the village of Tuchkovo near Moscow, a teenager in a buggy hit two women at a bus stop. This was announced on November 11 by the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region in the Telegram channel.
It is specified that a 13-year-old boy driving a buggy lost control and ran over people who were waiting for the bus. As a result, two women aged 19 and 64 were injured, and they were taken to a medical facility to receive the necessary assistance.
As specified in the Ministry of Health of the Moscow region in the Telegram channel, the condition of one of the women is assessed as severe, the second as moderate.
According to the 13-year-old driver, the vehicle "skidded by itself." As noted in the regional prosecutor's office, law enforcement officers will establish the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier, on November 2, in Ryazan, a passenger car killed an 11-year-old boy who was walking along the sidewalk. As it turned out, the driver, a 34-year-old man, was drunk at the time of the incident.
