"I'm very glad. I really wanted to, well, not even win, but to show that I've been training, I can show something worthy of competition. Well, to be honest, my knees started shaking a little bit, but after I did it, I realized that I was already in the fourth, and the chances of getting to five were better, so I calmed down a little bit and realized that either I would do it now and win, or, Well, next time. It's been a dream of mine since I was a kid. But I never thought that it existed right at the first opportunity. That's why I'm doubly happy," Kalyandra said.
Sofia Bogdanova, press attache of the Russian Gymnastics Federation, noted that Russian athletes are happy to return to the international arena and finally be able to prove their superiority again.
The Russian team won the silver medal at the World Trampoline Championships in the team all-around, scoring 23 points. The athletes performed in a neutral status.
