Airat Minnullin, the head of Volgadorstroy, has been detained in Kazan, suspected of embezzling 2.5 billion rubles during the construction of a highway in Kazan. This was announced on November 11 by a source of Izvestia.

It is specified that Minnullin organized a scheme for the appropriation of 5 billion rubles, which were intended for the construction of the M12 highway in Kazan. According to the source, the fraud was related to a bank guarantee.
