The UK has suspended the exchange of intelligence with the United States due to attacks on ships of "drug traffickers" in the Caribbean. This was reported on November 11 by CNN, citing sources.

"The United Kingdom no longer shares intelligence information with the United States about ships suspected of drug trafficking in the Caribbean," the article says.

It is noted that the United Kingdom considers these actions of the United States illegal, and does not want to participate in "war crimes." According to the TV channel, Britain has for many years provided support to the United States in detecting drug traffickers' vessels.

"British officials believe that the US military strikes, which killed 76 people, violate international law," the publication clarifies.

According to the sources, the pause in the exchange of intelligence has lasted for more than a month.

The US Navy, by order of US President Donald Trump, has launched two strikes against ships carrying alleged drug traffickers in the Pacific Ocean. In total, six people were killed in the attack. There were three men on board each vessel.

Prior to that, on November 6, the US military also, on Trump's instructions, destroyed another ship allegedly carrying drug traffickers in the Caribbean Sea. It was noted that the ship was attacked in international waters, none of the American servicemen were injured, three drug traffickers were killed.
