Singer Naoko, who performed songs by foreign agents, was arrested again for 13 days
In St. Petersburg, street singer Diana Loginova, who performs under the pseudonym Naoko and sang songs by foreign agents, was arrested again for 13 days. This was reported on November 11 by a correspondent of Izvestia.
It is clarified that Loginov was brought to justice for organizing a mass stay of people, which led to a violation of public order. The singer pleaded not guilty.
On November 9, it was reported that administrative protocols were drawn up against Loginova and one of her musicians, Alexander Orlov, for an uncoordinated concert. It was noted that on November 10, they were taken to court under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places that caused a violation of public order").
Loginova's detention under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation became known on October 15. Later, on October 20, law enforcement officers drew up another protocol on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in relation to Loginova. The defendant was fined 30 thousand rubles. On October 29, a court in St. Petersburg arrested Loginova for 13 days.
