Moscow was decorated with flags for the arrival of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Footage from the streets of the capital is published by Izvestia on November 11.
Videos taken on the streets of Moscow show Russian and Kazakh flags adorning Kievskoye and Leninskoye highways. It is known that the flags were placed along Tokayev's route.
Earlier in the day, Tokayev arrived in Moscow on an official visit.
On the same day, Tokayev announced that he would sign a declaration of comprehensive strategic partnership with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Head of State noted that the document would be a key outcome of the upcoming negotiations during his visit to Moscow.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted on November 11 that Russia and Kazakhstan are developing multifaceted cooperation covering almost all possible areas. He also stressed that the partnership between Russia and Kazakhstan is mutually beneficial.
