President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in Moscow on November 11 on an official visit.

Tokayev announced on November 11 that he would sign a declaration on comprehensive strategic partnership with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Head of State noted that the document would be a key outcome of the upcoming negotiations during his visit to Moscow.
