Deputy Voronovsky was stripped of his immunity in the State Duma.

The deputies of the State Duma unanimously supported the arguments of the Prosecutor General, agreeing to the lifting of immunity and the initiation of proceedings against the deputy of the State Duma, a member of the United Russia faction Anatoly Voronovsky.

"The State Duma has unanimously adopted a resolution on giving consent to the deprivation of immunity of deputy Anatoly Voronovsky and the initiation of a criminal case against him," the publication says on the official website of the State Duma.
