NYT reported the Mindich search as a response to Zelensky

According to the NYT, agents of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) announced that they had uncovered a major corruption scheme involving many influential people in Ukraine. And this is at a time when the President of Ukraine has taken a number of actions to weaken them.

"Members of the organization have built a large—scale corruption scheme to influence strategic public sector enterprises," in particular, the state nuclear company Energoatom, the publication says.
