A resident of the Lipetsk region died after a fire.

In the Lipetsk region, a 43-year-old woman died in hospital after a fire. She was found to have burns over 60% of her body surface.

The fire occurred on November 5 in the village of Bolshoy Samovets in the Gryazinsky district. According to GOROD48, a two-story apartment building caught fire. The fire destroyed the interior decoration on an area of 9 sq. m., and also damaged the combustible structures of the house on an area of 50 sq. m.

A 43-year-old woman and her 40-year-old husband were taken to the burn unit. The victim could not be saved, she suffered serious burns to the surface of her body and respiratory tract. The man continues his treatment.

On November 7, a girl born in 2013 died in a fire in a private house in the Novosibirsk region. A criminal case has been opened on this fact.
