The Ministry of Industry and Trade announced plans for the phased introduction of technological fees

The introduction of the technology fee will take place in stages, which will allow businesses to adapt, and the state to fine—tune the necessary mechanism for this. This was announced on November 10 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

According to the agency, the technological fee is planned to be charged from finished electrical equipment, including laptops and smartphones, and later from electrical components.
