A new river has appeared on the map of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The water body is located in the Evenki municipal district and flows into the Silakit River, the Rosreestr press service reports.

The official status and name Dagachukan were assigned to the river, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. Now this toponym will be used in all state maps, documents and reference books.

Earlier it was reported that the Krasnoyarsk Territory has chosen a new cultural capital for 2026. It became the Kuraginsky municipal district.
