Kazakhstan is a special and very important partner of Russia. This was announced on November 10 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Kazakhstan is a special privileged partner of our country. A very important country and state for us. We are actively finalizing preparations for President Tokayev's state visit to Russia, which will begin tomorrow," he said.
