The power of words can determine the outcome of any communication, from an interview to a client survey. Communication helps to achieve goals, promote projects and solve difficult situations. Strategic marketer, Marketing Director of OOO "Together.On November 12, Kadria Berezhnaya named five speech modules in HR, PR and marketing to Izvestia, which will help not to get lost in the most stressful moment.

According to the expert, success in communication is based on a combination of inner peace and a clear speech strategy. Any effective communication begins with understanding the goals and role in the dialogue.

"The basis of any effective communication is answers to questions that will help create clarity and calmness.: what is the goal, who is my interlocutor, what role do I play and what do I need to do to achieve the goal?" said Berezhnaya.

The first module is based on the sequence "meaning — function — emotion — value" and helps to convey the idea through logic and emotions. The second one is aimed at recognizing and managing emotions in a dialogue. The third one helps to formulate the desired state of a person and bring him to the right decision.

An example from a marketing interview is "imagine your ideal skin care in the morning, how do you feel about it? And what is happening in reality now? To get from the current situation to the desired state, we offer product X," the marketer explained.

The fourth one allows you to transfer the conflict from the emotional plane to the constructive one. The fifth one strengthens self-confidence and helps to see strength even in doubt.

Berezhnaya stressed that for an effective interview it is important to be able to manage the condition and communicate thoughts clearly. If you don't have enough confidence, daily 10-15-minute training sessions with speech modules during the week will help.

Vladislav Bykhanov, Managing Partner of Cornerstone HR company, spoke on October 11 about competent behavior in interviews with strange questions. It was clarified that HR managers sometimes ask unusual questions to test creativity, stress tolerance, or simply follow strange corporate traditions.
