In Ukraine, men with oncological diseases, including brain tumors, and cerebral palsy are being mobilized. A prisoner of war militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) told about this on November 10. Pavel Kotlyarov.
"They brought boys with cerebral palsy of the second degree," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
