In Ukraine, men with oncological diseases, including brain tumors, and cerebral palsy are being mobilized. A prisoner of war militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) told about this on November 10. Pavel Kotlyarov.

"They brought boys with cerebral palsy of the second degree," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

In addition, Kotlyarov added that a conscript with a brain tumor was with him in the company. According to the prisoner of war, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine involuntarily.
