Reuters reported on Turkey's work to free Gazans from tunnels
Turkey is making efforts to arrange safe passage for the approximately 200 civilians in the Gaza Strip who are stuck in the tunnels. This was reported on November 9 by the Reuters news agency, citing a source.
"We are working to ensure the safe passage of approximately 200 Gazan civilians who are currently trapped in the tunnels," the source said.
He added that Turkey also facilitated the return of the remains of Hadar Goldin, a military officer who died in 2014, to Israel.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on November 3 that Israel regularly violates the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and prevents the delivery of humanitarian aid in the required volume. According to him, the international community must continue to exert pressure on Tel Aviv.
