FPV drone operators destroyed three heavy UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region

Operators of FPV drones of the Zapad group of forces destroyed three heavy attack hexacopters of the R-18 Baba Yaga type with a battering ram of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kharkiv region. This was announced on November 10 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the ministry, calculations of the air cover of the assault units of the tank unit revealed enemy drones that dropped mines from converted agricultural drones and conducted reconnaissance in the offensive zone. FPV drones were sent to the received coordinates, which destroyed all targets.

The Zapad group's unmanned aerial defense units continue to conduct round-the-clock monitoring of the air situation together with the electronic warfare service and surveillance posts, providing cover for Russian troops from attacks by enemy drones.

Earlier, on November 9, operators of FPV drones of the 3rd Guards Combined Arms Army of the Yuzhnaya group of forces destroyed a US-made M113 armored personnel carrier and a Ukrainian armored car in the Seversky direction of the special military operation (SVO). It is specified that the Russian operators of FPV drones, having demonstrated high efficiency, destroyed an American armored vehicle.
