The lights went out at Zelensky's residence during his interview with The Guardian

During an interview with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to a journalist from The Guardian newspaper, the lights went out at the Mariinsky Palace. The relevant moment on November 9 was captured on a video posted on the publication's YouTube channel.

The lighting was turned off for a few seconds, during which the audio quality of the interview also deteriorated.

"During the conversation, the lights went out twice," The Guardian said in a statement.
