In St. Petersburg, administrative protocols were drawn up against street singer Diana Loginova, who performs under the pseudonym Naoko, and one of her musicians, Alexander Orlov, for an uncoordinated concert. This was reported on November 9 by RIA Novosti, citing a source in the operational services.
It is noted that on Monday, November 10, Loginov and Orlov will be brought to court under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places that have caused a violation of public order").
Loginova's detention under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation became known on October 15. On October 20, law enforcement officers drew up another protocol on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in relation to Loginova. The defendant was fined 30,000 rubles. On October 29, a court in St. Petersburg arrested Loginova for 13 days.
