In Ukraine, sanctions were imposed against Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), and Alexander Zorin, head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This was reported on November 9 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".
It is noted that the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, also imposed sanctions against the former head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Alexander Tupitsky, and the head of the fifth FSB service, Alexei Komkov.
In addition, First Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bugaev, Deputy Minister of Culture Andrei Malyshev and Deputy Minister of Education and Science Andrei Omelchuk were sanctioned in Kiev.
Earlier, on October 31, Zelensky imposed sanctions against 14 representatives of the Union of Orthodox Journalists (UOJ) and the First Cossack TV channel covering the situation around the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC). The restrictive measures include the blocking of assets on the territory of Ukraine, the cancellation of licenses, a ban on participation in official visits and the transfer of intellectual property.
