A teenager who was not wearing a seat belt was killed in an accident in the Sakhalin region. This was reported on November 9 by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

It is specified that the driver of a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, moving along the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk —Okha highway, lost control and drove off the road, which caused the vehicle to rollover.
