Missile danger has been declared in three regions of the Russian Federation at once — in the Tula, Orel and Bryansk regions. This was announced on the morning of November 9 by the governors of these regions Dmitry Milyaev, Andrey Klychkov and Alexander Bogomaz, respectively.

The relevant messages were posted on their Telegram channels between 04:52 and 04:56 Moscow time. The heads of the regions urged residents to remain calm.

Later, at 05:12 Moscow time, the governor of the Bryansk region announced the cancellation of the missile danger in the region, and a minute later, at 05:13 Moscow time, the governor of the Tula region also announced the cancellation of the missile danger in the territory of the Orel region.
