- Military groups "North" spoke about providing assistance to residents of the Kursk region
Military personnel of the North group of forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to provide support and targeted assistance to residents of settlements in the border areas of the Kursk region. The footage is published on November 9 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Military personnel deliver food and basic necessities to areas where civilian volunteers cannot reach, and, if necessary, evacuate civilians to safer places.
The platoon commander with the call sign Cadet said that the delivered kits include cereals, canned food, tea, condensed milk, as well as hygiene supplies.
"Our (military personnel) are helping a lot. — Ed.), very much. Thanks a lot to them for that. Of course, we've been through the worst, <...> that's why we're getting stronger," said Oleg Yelovenko, a resident of the Korenevsky district.
Yelena Pronchenko, a volunteer of the special military operation (SVO) in the Trans-Baikal Territory, with the call sign Pesenka, told Izvestia on October 25 why she decided to go to SVO and how she helps Russian servicemen deliver humanitarian aid. She is responsible for searching for the car, communicating with the commanders of units and military units for the subsequent transportation of humanitarian cargo to the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) from the Rostov region.
