In Vinnytsia, a car from the shopping mall (a territorial recruitment center, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) hit a man, dragging him along the road, and then fled the scene. This was reported on November 8 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

The incident occurred at a time when local residents were trying to free a man who was going to be picked up by the staff of the shopping mall.

"The car hit one of the civilians twice, who tried to stop it," the Telegram channel says.
