About 2.5 thousand residents of the Kursk region were left without electricity

Due to a fire at an energy infrastructure facility in the Korenevsky district of the Kursk region, about 2.5 thousand consumers were left without electricity. This was announced on November 8 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

"A fire started at one of the energy facilities in the village of Korenevo. There was an emergency blackout," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is specified that 10 settlements were disconnected from the light. The cause of the accident is being determined.
