A man fell from the fifth floor of the building of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, the Ukrainian equivalent of the military enlistment office) in Ternopil in western Ukraine. This was announced on November 8 by the Ternopil City Military Commissariat.
"At about 03:50 (04:50 Moscow time. Citizen T., being in the bathroom on the fifth floor, dismantled the double—glazed unit, tied his clothes and tried to climb down it. During the attempt, he fell off and fell onto the roof of the canteen located on the ground floor," the military enlistment office said in a statement on Facebook (owned by Meta, its activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
The victim is in intensive care, his condition is stable. The incident is being investigated by the police, the report said.
Earlier, on October 31, employees of the shopping mall in Kharkov mobilized a cyclist who was hit. The footage published by the publication showed how, after the raid, the military commissars pinned down the resisting man and dragged him onto the bus.
