Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine (GBR) have charged the commander of one of the battalions, whose personnel died after a strike on the Dnipropetrovsk region during the award ceremony on November 1. The GBR announced this on November 8 in the Telegram channel.
It is noted that the commander, "despite the ban of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), gathered personnel for celebrations," during which a strike was carried out, which led to casualties among the military.
